The Peruvian Spot is a family-owned restaurant located just steps from Mesa College, bringing authentic Peruvian flavors to our community in a fast-paced, welcoming environment. As we continue to grow—including expanding our hours with the addition of a new espresso machine, wholesale and catering—we’re looking for motivated team members to join us.

About the Role
This is a great opportunity to join a growing restaurant where no two days are the same. We’re a high-energy, fast-paced team that values efficiency, teamwork, and a positive attitude. With the addition of our espresso machine, wholesale & catering services, we are planning to expand our open hours from 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Tuesday–Sunday), and we’re building a strong team to support this next phase.
What We’re Looking For
Reliable, responsible individuals with a strong work ethic
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Strong communication and customer service skills (for front of house/barista roles)
Willingness to learn — no experience required, we’re happy to train the right people
Compensation
$18–$22/hour (including tips), depending on experience
