In this role, you provide direct patient care using evidence-based practices, complete thoroughassessmentsand implement individualized care plans to supportoptimalrecovery. You coordinate and communicate with physicians, ancillarystaffand families to ensure continuity and clarity throughout each patients stay. Youmaintainaccurate,timelydocumentation and uphold all safety and regulatory standards while actively contributing to a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and accountability.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE)or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificaterequired
- Consistent demonstration of competent clinical nursing practiceproficiencyrequired
- 2+ years of NICU experience as a Registered Nurse
Licenses and Certifications
- RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of Californiarequired
- BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA)required
