Job Responsibilities:
- Closely partner across teams to drive business analytics and support Business Management activities aligned to CFO for CCB Operations/Real Estate/Staff Functions Finance team
- Translate business demands to technical requirement and collaborate with analytics team
- Interact with business leaders and business managers to create executive presentations
- Serve as product owner for Business Intelligence tools supporting Total CCB Workforce, CCB Operations, and CCB Real Estate
- Drive and manage book of work supporting new Business Intelligence tool build, partnering closely with dedicated Data & Analytics
- Effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining responsiveness to ad-hoc requests
Required qualification, capabilities, and skills:
- Strong problem solver with excellent analytical, critical thinking, communication, organizational, and technical skills
- 3+ years of experience at a financial institution or consulting firm in one or a combination of the following areas: corporate finance, treasury, data analytics, or quantitative modeling
- Able to communicate effectively with a variety of technical peers including data and business intelligence development team
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Management, or other related field
Preferred qualification, capabilities, and skills:
- Proficiency in CCB-wide Essbase data and Workforce Data Product
- Proficiency with SQL in Databricks
- Proficiency in PitchPro creating execute presentations focused on storytelling, driving insights
- Intermediate knowledge in business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, ThoughtSpot, Sigma)
- Preference to those with experience dealing with large scale data projects
