We are a public benefit organization preparing to launch a new cohort and are seeking an experienced individual familiar with Grants.gov to help secure funding.
Our organization needs to get fully registered and approved on online local, state and federal sites like Grants.gov and SAM.gov. We are looking for someone who understands how to navigate thees portals, identify relevant opportunities, and successfully submit grant applications.
This is a flexible, commission-based opportunity ideal for someone who wants to work on their own schedule, supplement existing work all the while doing right by kids who need the "village" to provide a place they can discover the world through fishing.
Responsibilities:
Get organization registered on relevant funding sites local, state, and federal - grants.gov and sam.gov
Identify relevant grant opportunities on grants.gov
Prepare and submit grant applications
Ensure compliance with submission requirements and deadlines
Create and Maintain a Funnel of grant opportunities' progress
Potential - Opportunity - Compliance - Applied - Result -Awarded, Lost, OPEN APP

Proven experience using Grants.gov
Familiarity with local, state, & federal grant application processes
Strong attention to detail and organization
Compensation:
10% commission on total funding awarded
