Turman Commercial Painters is looking for skilled Field Superintendent for the Charlotte, NC area.
If you are dependable, reliable and honest, we have full-time permanent positions available!
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years' experience.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
- Must be able to pass drug screen and physical.
- MUST HAVE VALID CDL & CLEAN DMV
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- A frontline supervisor, usually on-site.
- Directly oversees workers and daily tasks.
- Ensures work is done safely, correctly, and on schedule.
- Reports to the project managers.
Superintendent:
-Higher-level manager, often responsible for the entire project or multiple sites.
-Plans, coordinates, and monitors construction activities.
-Manages schedules, budgets, and subcontractors.
-Focuses more on overall project progress rather than day-to-day tasks.
