OverviewThe Boeing Company is seeking Entry-Level Structural Analysis Engineers to support the analysis and validation of aircraft structures. In this role, you will apply foundational engineering principles to evaluate structural integrity, ensuring designs meet performance, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Working alongside experienced engineers and cross-functional teams, you will contribute to structural assessments, support certification efforts, and gain hands-on experience with analysis tools and methodologies. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer to build a strong foundation in aircraft structural analysis within a collaborative aerospace environment.
Responsibilities
Position Responsibilities:
- Perform structural analysis of aircraft components and assemblies using established methods and tools
- Support evaluation of strength, stability, fatigue, and damage tolerance to ensure compliance with requirements
- Assist in developing analysis models, reports, and technical documentation
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and test teams to resolve structural issues
- Participate in technical and design reviews, providing analysis-based recommendations
- Ensure analyses align with customer requirements, regulatory standards, and certification guidelines
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the Wichita, KS location.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited engineering program
- 0+ years of related engineering experience
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience with structural analysis tools such as NASTRAN, PATRAN, ABAQUS, or ANSYS
- Familiarity with finite element analysis (FEA) methods and modeling techniques
- Knowledge of aircraft structural analysis principles, including loads, stress, fatigue, and damage tolerance
- Experience interpreting engineering drawings and models, including GD&T
- Exposure to aerospace materials and structural behavior (e.g., aluminum, composites)
- Understanding of certification requirements and regulatory frameworks (e.g., FAA)
- Familiarity with scripting or programming (e.g., Python, MATLAB) for analysis automation

Summary Pay Range: $63,750 - $97,750
