Position
Woodshop & Mold Maker — Full Time
What You’ll Do
• Build high‑quality molds for concrete and fiberglass production
• Work with wood, foam, fiberglass, and other fabrication materials
• Read drawings, follow measurements, and maintain accuracy
• Assist with shop organization, tooling, and production prep
• Collaborate with our team to improve existing processes
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in woodworking, mold making, or fabrication
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Ability to problem‑solve and adapt to custom builds
• Comfortable with power tools, hand tools, and shop safety
• Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to work independently
Bonus Skills
• Fiberglass layup
• CNC experience
• Casting or concrete experience
