Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (PST)
Compensation: $25/hour

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations across sales, logistics, and accounting. This role plays a key part in managing wholesale orders, coordinating travel, and preparing for trade shows.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and process wholesale orders through Salesforce
Handle invoicing and financial tracking using QuickBooks
Coordinate travel bookings for sales reps (flights, hotels, transportation)
Assist in planning and preparing for trade shows (logistics, materials, coordination)
Maintain accurate data entry and reporting across internal systems
Provide administrative support to sales and operations teams
Support additional administrative needs and special projects as they arise
Qualifications
1–3 years of administrative or operations experience
Experience with Salesforce, QuickBooks, or similar systems preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Clear communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
