DMES Medical Supply is looking to fill a full time position.
As a customer service sales rep, you will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, solving problems, fulfilling requests, and maintaining current and accurate information. You will assist customers in person in our showroom.
Ideal candidate is a self-starter who has experience in customer service and possesses strong communication skills.
Must possess a diverse skillset and be able to multi-task.
Duties and responsibilities:
*Assist customer walk ins daily.
*Handling technical product questions
*Processing customer orders/invoices
*Follow up with customers by phone and/or email
*Data entry
*Order products
*Create purchase orders and receive products.
*Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
*Work well independently without requiring follow up
*Follow up with customers as needed
*Must be able to work weekends
*Knowledge of medical equipment is a plus, but not required
*Must be 21+ or older
We are open
M-F 10am-6pm Sat 10am-4pm Sunday 10am-4pm
Representative will work 40 hours per week on average.
