The Requirements:
Experience: 2+ years in customer service, order processing, or logistics.
Skills: Advanced proficiency in Windows, Outlook, and Excel. Must be computer literate and comfortable with ERP/Inventory software.
Communication: Professional phone presence; fluent English is required for taking technical orders.
Accuracy: High attention to detail regarding part numbers and shipping specs.
