Duties & Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Sales
- Greet and assist customers with gifts, souvenirs, toys, sportswear, and tattoo selections.
- Provide excellent customer service, suggestive selling, and describe menu items to customers.
- Airbrush tattoos as shown on promotional banners.
Barista
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages (coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, teas).
- Take orders, handle payments, and maintain a clean, well‑stocked workspace and dining area.
- Ensure beverages are made to high standards and maintain strong communication skills in a fast‑paced environment.
Store Operations & Merchandising
- Keep work areas and storage areas clean, organized, and stocked.
- Price, stock, and organize sportswear, gifts, souvenirs, and toys.
- Maintain knowledge of all merchandise and assist with inventory control.
Cash Handling & Reporting
- Follow cash control policies.
- Accurately handle cash, balance cash drawers when required, and prepare reports.
Opening & Closing Procedures
Opening duties:
-Set up canopy and tattoo workstations, put out displays and clothing racks, check significant stock items, prepare workstation (cash drawer, rental contracts).
Closing duties:
- Balance cash drawer, clean equipment, store displays/racks, restock inventory, and secure all items properly.
Support for Management
- Assist with training programs and special assignments as needed.
- Performance expectation: Willing and consistent assistance.
Compliance & Attendance
- Follow all safety rules and procedures; attend safety meetings.
- Use time clock properly; arrive on time; overtime must be approved in advance; minimize punch errors.
Qualifications:
- Big smile, positive attitude, outgoing and customer‑service‑oriented.
- Good interpersonal skills; well‑groomed; strong team player.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift/push/pull/lean 50 lbs.
