Job Title: General Manager
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a high-volume restaurant environment. This role is responsible for driving results in operations, team leadership, and overall restaurant performance.
This is not an entry-level role. Only candidates with prior restaurant management experience will be considered.
Minimum Requirements (Required – No Exceptions)
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience (fast-paced or high-volume preferred)
- Proven ability to manage labor, food cost, and team performance
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing teams
- Availability to work 40+ hours per week, including nights, weekends.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Running daily restaurant operations to meet company standards (Quality, Service, Cleanliness)
- Managing and developing Shift Leads and team members
- Driving key metrics: labor, food cost, sales, and retention
- Hiring, training, and holding team members accountable
- Creating and executing action plans to improve performance
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant work environment
