Tytum Construction is looking for a full-time Carpenter Foreman with strong experience in both finish carpentry and rough carpentry.
We are looking for someone reliable, organized, and experienced enough to lead work in the field, manage daily carpentry tasks, and keep projects moving efficiently.
Pay: $35–$50 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time
Location: San Diego County
Truck/tools: Company truck and tools may be provided if needed
Responsibilities include:
Decorative beams and trims
Finish carpentry, trim, doors, baseboards, cabinetry details, and punch work
Reading plans and understanding project scope
Leading helpers or small crews
Coordinating with project managers and other trades
Keeping the jobsite clean, organized, and productive
Making sure work is completed correctly and professionally
Requirements:
Strong experience in rough and finish carpentry
Foreman or lead carpenter experience preferred
Ability to work full-time
Reliable transportation
Must be responsible, detail-oriented, and able to communicate clearly
Must be able to work legally in the U.S. and with valid DL
