Position Summary
We are currently hiring for the following positions:
• PCB Drilling & Fabrication Operator
• PCB Inspection Operator
• Plating Operator
Each role plays a critical part in ensuring our products meet customer specifications and engineering requirements.
PCB Drilling Operator
Responsibilities
• Set up and operate CNC drilling machines for PCB fabrication
• Load drill programs and verify tooling (drill bits, hit counts, sizes)
• Review job travelers and work instructions prior to production
• Inspect panels before and after drilling for defects or damage
• Ensure hole sizes, locations, and tolerances meet specifications
• Monitor drill performance and replace worn or broken bits as needed
• Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping
• Record production data and complete required documentation accurately
• Follow all safety and quality procedures

PCB Inspection Operator
Responsibilities
• Perform visual inspection of PCB panels using microscopes and inspection tools
• Verify workmanship against applicable IPC standards (Class 2 or Class 3)
• Inspect for defects such as opens, shorts, scratches, contamination, misregistration, and plating issues
• Review job travelers, drawings, and work instructions prior to inspection
• Record inspection results accurately and complete required documentation
• Identify and document nonconformances and report issues to Quality or Engineering
• Perform in-process and final inspections as required
• Ensure traceability of inspected product (lot numbers, travelers, etc.)
• Maintain a clean and organized inspection area

Plating Operator
Responsibilities
• Operate and monitor PCB plating lines
• Prepare panels for plating, including cleaning and pre-treatment processes
• Monitor bath chemistry (pH, temperature, concentration) and maintain within required limits
• Perform routine chemical additions and record process data
• Inspect panels before and after plating for defects such as voids, burns, uneven plating, or contamination
• Ensure plating thickness meets engineering and customer specifications
• Follow job travelers and process instructions
• Perform basic maintenance and housekeeping of plating equipment
• Document production and inspection results accurately
• Follow all safety procedures when handling chemicals

Preferred Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in machining, inspection, or plating (preferred but not required)
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Problem-solving ability
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to read and interpret basic drawings and instructions

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
