Responsibilities:
-Post Orders: Review and follow all post orders for the site.
-Patrol & Monitor: Regularly monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
-Respond to Emergencies: Promptly respond to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, following established protocols.
-Collaboration: Work closely with law enforcement when necessary for incident reporting or investigations.
-Documentation: Maintain detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
-Conflict Management: Engage in de-escalation and conflict management to handle tense situations effectively.
*Sign-On Bonus:
New hires are eligible for a $250 sign-on bonus. This bonus is contingent upon the successful completion of 45 days of active employment and is subject to the employee remaining in good standing with no disciplinary actions or written warnings during this period.
