CAD/CAM Operator – PCB Manufacturing

Position Summary
As a CAD/CAM Operator, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing PCB data to ensure manufacturability and compliance with customer and engineering requirements.
Responsibilities
Use CAM software (CAM350 and Genesis) to perform design rule checks on PCB data
Review customer requirements upon receipt of traveler from planning and verify against CAM documentation to identify discrepancies
Report discrepancies to planning for resolution or deviation approval
Modify PCB data (line widths, pad sizes, etch compensation, annular rings, etc.) to meet manufacturing and engineering standards
Generate production files, including panelization, drill data, AOI, and test data
Complete all internal documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Some experience in CAD/CAM
Familiarity with CAM software (CAM350, Genesis preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
