VP, Assistive Technology & Community Support ServicesPosition Overview:Responsible for overseeing operations of Assistive Technology and Community Support Services (e.g. Transition Services, Employment Transition Services, and College Navigator) to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery. Accountable for maintaining budgeted profitability ratios/targets, analyzing and clearly communicating financial variances and implementing corrective or growth/expansion models. Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while driving new business initiatives and promoting staff growth and development.
Job Responsibilities:- Responsible for the annual budget and fiscal oversight of designated programs.
- Identify potential challenges and proactively implement strategies to address them to ensure each division maintains expected profitability ratios.
- Develop comprehensive financial models detailing variances from approved budgets with recommended fiscal strategies to address and offset the variances.
- Responsible for research and implementation with regards to federal and state grant opportunities.
- Work closely in partnership with grant writer, programs, and accounting to monitor grant utilization and fiscal impact on FFS revenue generation.
- Develop proposals for new or extended programming using actual and projected data with concise narrative detail.
- Establish and/or maintain community partnerships and strategic relationships with various state agencies and organizations. Conduct contract negotiations as needed.
- Provide leadership, vision, educational guidance, and resources to assigned directors and managers within the program services department.
- Responsible for oversight of program process requirements and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Act as an operational support for both the Director of Assistive Technology and the Director of Community Support Services during times of high business demand or staff shortages. Stepping in when needed to support and perform direct-report responsibilities.
- Lead the translation of Easter Seals strategic plan and vision with the CEO and Sr. Leadership team into tactical work plans for each division to ensure operational compliance.
- Prepare periodic reports on program performance and new initiatives.
- Responsible for oversight of educational needs of staff.
- Attend administrative meetings to provide expertise.
- Active participant in department meetings.
- Perform any other duties or tasks that may be assigned on an as needed basis.
Relations with Others:- Direction is received from the President & CEO
- Direction is provided to the Director of Assistive Technology and Director of Community Support Services
- Accepts constructive feedback and modifies actions accordingly
- Accepts assignments in a positive and proactive manner
- Collaborate with the CEO, the management team, and appropriate outside groups
- Able to adapt communication style to effectively communicate with all individuals, including those with differing communication abilities
Required Qualifications:- Masters degree from an approved program in health care, rehabilitation counseling, human services, administration, or a related field
- Minimum of five years of management experience in health care, human services, administration, or a related field
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, Salesforce or equivalent case management software, and emergent AI technologies.
Preferred Experience:- Five years' experience in short/long range planning, budgeting, and program expansion
- Prior management expertise with off-site service delivery
Required Work Habits:- Plans, schedules, and perform work independently under the general direction of the CEO.
- Maintains and updates the knowledge and skills required to lead all assigned programs and to support departments
- Excellent written, communication, organizational, management and interpersonal skills required
- Ability to organize projects, prioritize workflow, and complete multiple tasks simultaneously and accurately
- Must be able to juggle multiple highly sensitive issues / tasks at once
- Ability to solve problems quickly and work under deadline pressure
- Ability to work cooperatively with staff throughout the organization to reach programmatic objectives
- Ability to assimilate needs from multiple agencies in multiple locations throughout MA.
Environment:- General office environment
- Travel throughout the State is expected in this position
- Exposure to various weather conditions consistent with required travel

Salary: $116,000 - $133,000The salary range being provided above is given in good faith within the current grade for this position at the time of posting and the company's expectation to pay for this role. Actual compensation at time of offer may vary based on several factors and we may ultimately end up offering more or less than the posted range.
