NI Senior Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and growth of a high-impact customer portfolio in Eastern Canada. You will work closely with customers, internal technical teams, and partners to identify opportunities, solve complex challenges, and drive measurable business outcomes.
This is a highly visible role with significant impact across the Americas region. You will lead account planning, influence cross-functional teams, and uncover both expansion and net-new opportunities while navigating complex, consultative sales cycles with senior stakeholders. You will also actively engage with local NI distribution and system integrators to scale the business.

IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE: - Own and execute a regional business plan delivering $8M+ in annual revenue, with a clearly defined year-over-year growth strategy aligned to business unit expectations.
- Serve as the primary NI contact for assigned accounts, developing strong, senior-level customer relationships across engineering, operations, and leadership teams.
- Lead cross-functional account teams, collaborating with NI Account Engineers, Business Units, and partners to deliver differentiated solutions.
- Drive discovery-led selling, identifying customer challenges and mapping NI's capabilities to high-value, mission-critical initiatives.
- Expand NI's footprint within existing accounts by engaging new stakeholders, influencing buying groups, and increasing solution penetration.
- Apply strong problem-solving and project management skills to navigate complex sales cycles involving both hardware and software solutions.
- Partner closely with NI Business Units to shape solution strategies and provide customer feedback that influences product and roadmap direction.

FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED: - Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of progressive experience in technical sales or marketing roles.
- Proven ability to manage complex accounts with long sales cycles.
- Able to work in Montreal, Ottawa, or the surrounding areas in Eastern Canada.
- Authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship now and in the future
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU APART: - Bachelor's degree in any Engineering Discipline
- Experience selling Test and Measurement solutions to enterprise customers in Canada.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering year-over-year revenue growth.
- Experience leading cross-functional sales teams (sales, technical, marketing) and engaging senior customer leadership.
- Familiarity with semiconductor validation and production environments.
- Working knowledge of Test and Measurement Instrumentation, including NI products such as LabVIEW, TestStand, PXI, and DAQ.
