UI/UX Designer

Basic Qualifications

5+ years of experience working with designing systems and style guides.
A portfolio demonstrating interface design, visual design, prototyping, articulation of design rationale, strong communication and storytelling skills.

Other Qualifications

BA/BS degree in Design (e.g. interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial, etc) or equivalent practical experience.
Proven ability to take a leadership role in projects that span multiple teams.
Deep understanding of interface design paradigms and best practices across a variety of platforms including web, responsive web, and native mobile. Experienced creating highly detailed design specifications.
Ability to deliver on time to a high quality, working in a fast paced agile environment.
Extremely detail-oriented and organized. Has a desire for pushing the boundaries of enterprise software design with modern, emerging UI patterns and implementation technologies.
Ability to explore multiple creative design directions to create engaging and effective visual designs.
Applies the best user interface design ideas of the consumer web to business applications.
Uses creativity, design systems, visual communication and follows a user centered design process.
Ability to add to and utilize existing design systems when creating flows.
Experienced with inclusive design best practices, Accessibility Design and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
Ability to create detailed prototypes in tools like Figma, Principle, or Framer.
A passion for all types of visual design including User Interface, Graphic Design, Illustrations, Typography and Iconography.
Strong motion graphics and animation skills are a plus.
