DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide daily operational administration for all server and desktop resources.
Provide senior-level technical support for all production systems.
Maintain the company’s information security standards and protocols.
Maintain the company’s login security standards.
Maintain the company’s software deployment and configuration management methodology.
Maintain the company’s standard server and desktop configuration and deployment methodology.
Continually evaluate new technologies within the IT industry, proposing those to management that may impact the operation positively.
Performs all other duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in computer science, business administration or related field, or a minimum of five years equivalent practical work experience and/or applicable certifications.
Must be well organized, with the ability to prioritize projects, meet deadlines, and keep the information technology team apprised of any issues that might affect deadlines.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
