Job Description 1. Minimum Candidate Qualifications
The candidate must have a minimum of:
- Proof of eligibility to work in NYS.
- Three (3) years of customer service experience
- Job Description and Required Services:
Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To, The Following
- Search computer records/databases and interpret them in connection with inquiries
- Evaluate documentation submitted in connection with inquiries and provide solutions
- Draft accurate and professional emails in response to inquiries
- Respond to inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner
- Work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Have a keen attention to detail

- Telecommuting may be allowed at the discretion of the hiring manager.
- The Department does not provide parking, but the office is accessible by mass transit.
