The Role
As our Senior Regional Director of Revenue Management, you will provide revenue leadership and strategic direction for a portfolio of hospitality properties. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Revenue Strategy, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and driving comprehensive revenue strategies that maximize RevPAR, profitability, and market share.
You’ll lead regional revenue initiatives, guide property‑level revenue leaders, and serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, operations, sales, and ownership.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead regional revenue management strategy across a multi‑property hospitality portfolio
- Partner closely with the Senior VP of Revenue Strategy to align regional execution with enterprise goals
- Develop and implement pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies to maximize RevPAR and profitability
- Provide strategic oversight and guidance to property‑level and regional revenue management teams
- Analyze market demand, competitive intelligence, and performance trends to inform decision‑making
- Drive forecasting accuracy, budgeting, and long‑range revenue planning
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure alignment and execution of revenue strategies
- Oversee channel management, rate integrity, and distribution performance
- Lead revenue strategy reviews, performance meetings, and executive presentations
- Support new hotel openings, transitions, and acquisitions with revenue strategy expertise
- Champion revenue management best practices, tools, and systems across the portfolio
