Job Summary and Qualifications
The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for providing pharmaceutical care activities to ensure safe and effective drug therapy through the provision of clinical pharmacy services.The Clinical Pharmacist delivers pharmaceutical care services by monitoring and intervening in therapeutics to provideoptimumoutcomes in acost-effectivemanner. The Clinical Pharmacist fulfills departmental responsibilities within the long-range plan, mission,visionand values of the hospital.
