Position Overview
We’re looking for a dependable, entry-level Help Desk team member to support our dealership locations with day-to-day technology needs. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the door in IT and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, real-world environment.
No extensive experience required—we’re willing to train someone with the right attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
What You’ll Do
Provide basic technical support to employees (in-person and remote)
Troubleshoot common issues with computers, printers, and logins
Set up new hires with equipment, email, and system access
Assist with password resets and user account maintenance
Help track and organize IT equipment and inventory
Support multiple departments with day-to-day tech needs
Escalate more complex issues when needed
What We’re Looking For
Basic computer knowledge (Windows, email, printers, etc.)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
IT coursework, certifications, or related experience
Basic understanding of troubleshooting or networking
