Job Responsibilities
Assists in resolving IT related issues per the school's ticketing system and emails in a timely and professional manner. Responsible for imaging and replacement of IT equipment. Configuration and enrollment of devices into the school's MDM sofeware. Helps with IT equipment setup and relocations. Documents all equipment that is installed and/or relocated.
Minimum And Additional Requirements
A high school diploma and experience in information technology, electronics technology systems, or other related areas. An associate's degree or bachelor's degree in a related field may be substituted for the required experience.
