Innovar Group is seeking a Tier 1 Desktop Support Technician to assist one of our clients while a team member is on medical leave. This is a short-term opportunity supporting end users with basic desktop troubleshooting, hardware setup, and day-to-day IT support. It’s a great role for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Title: Tier I Desktop Technician
Location: Denver and Centennial, CO
Duration: 3-month contract
Pay Range: $20-$25, W2 per hour depending on experience
Requirements:
- Must be professional, on time, and very team oriented
- Experience with password resets
- Experience with laptop refresh and imaging
Bonus Skills:
- Intune troubleshooting experience. Will train
