Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Plano, TX with a hybrid work-from-home model. As an Information Technology Support Specialist, you will provide hands-on technical assistance, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining desktop computers, and responding to help desk support tickets promptly. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure optimal IT functionality, assist in system setups, and resolve technical challenges effectively to enhance daily operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and problem diagnosis
- Experience with the maintenance and support of Desktop Computers and related peripherals
- Knowledge of Information Technology concepts and practices
- Strong ability to provide responsive and effective Help Desk Support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for providing user support
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a dynamic environment
- Experience with network infrastructure and IT systems is a plus
