As our company continues to grow, we are looking for an IT Manager who enjoys building and supporting IT systems in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This role is ideal for someone who has experience supporting mid-size or rapidly growing organizations, where being both strategic and hands-on is key.
This position will serve as the primary IT leader for the organization—overseeing daily technology operations, managing vendors and systems, and helping guide the company's IT strategy as we scale.

Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the company's IT infrastructure and security to keep systems running smoothly and the organization protected.
- Manage the internal help desk and ticketing system, ensuring quick response times and high-quality support so team members feel supported and taken care of.
- Help minimize downtime by proactively monitoring systems, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions before problems impact productivity.
- Partner with HR to manage IT onboarding for new hires, including preparing laptops, phones, and system access so new team members are set up for success on day one.
- Send out a weekly company-wide IT email with helpful tips, best practices, and simple ways to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Make recommendations to leadership on IT priorities, improvements, and projects that support the company's growth.
- Work directly with the owner on special IT projects and technology initiatives as they come up.
- Serve as the admin for key SaaS platforms, including setting up new users and managing permissions.
- Keep an accurate inventory of all IT equipment and manage device lifecycle as the team grows.
- Manage vendor relationships for phones, internet, computers, and other IT services to ensure strong service and competitive pricing.
- Provide input on the annual IT budget and help ensure resources are being used effectively.
- Recommend additional resources, vendors, or contractors when needed to support projects or scaling the IT function.
Required Qualifications:
- Network Administration: Proficiency in designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimal performance.
- SonicWall Firewall Knowledge: Experience in configuring and managing SonicWall firewall systems to safeguard the network against potential threats and ensure secure data transmission.
- SharePoint Online Management: Ability to oversee and administer SharePoint Online, enabling efficient collaboration, document management, and workflow automation.
- General IT Security Knowledge: Understanding and application of best practices in IT security, encompassing threat detection, incident response, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Azure Proficiency: Experience with Azure services and management, including cloud infrastructure, security, and policy configuration.
