IT Helpdesk / Customer Support – Open to Recent Grads!
Location: Columbus, OH
Pay Rate: $23-25/hour
Contract: 6-12 months contract, possible to convert
Schedule: 24/7 environment (shift flexibility required)
We are seeking an IT Service Desk Agent to serve as the first point of contact for end users seeking IT support via phone and live chat. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced technical environment, enjoys solving problems, and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
- The IT Service Desk Agent will troubleshoot technical issues, resolve incidents efficiently, and document all interactions in the ticketing system while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2–5 years of customer support experience in a technical or service desk environment preferred
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot enterprise software and hardware
- Experience supporting Windows-based systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, or overtime when required
