Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Service Desk Analyst located in the Columbus, Ohio Metropolitan Area. The Service Desk Analyst will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver excellent customer and end-user support. The role includes both on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The individual will perform daily tasks such as responding to service requests, diagnosing technical problems, and providing solutions in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Customer Support and Customer Service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience with various IT systems and tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
- A+ Certification is a plus.
- Microsoft 365 administration and support also preferred
