JMG is in search of a full-time
IT Support Associate. This individual serves as a primary technical resource for staff. This role provides hands-on support for hardware, software, networking, mobile devices, telephony, user onboarding, and internal systems.
The duties of this role would include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Provide technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external technical support requests
- Manage user accounts and permissions across network systems.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with PCs, laptops, printers, and peripheral hardware
- Provide support for Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Server, antivirus solutions, and other applications
- Monitor system alerts and event logs, reporting anomalies as needed
- Install, upgrade, relocate, repair, and modify IT equipment
- Maintain knowledge of operating systems and applications to provide effective support
- Provide mobile device support including configuration and migration
- Complete special projects as assigned
- Attend meetings and promptly respond to internal requests
- Ensure compliance with company and SEC guidelines
Any experience and basic knowledge with hardware, software & network administration is an advantage. The ideal candidate is highly skilled with troubleshooting, attentive to detail, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent mix of related coursework and experience
Compensation: Non-Exempt position, eligible for overtime, bonuses and full benefits including health, dental, vision, life, long-term disability and 401(k).
