Worth AI is seeking an IT & Security Support Specialist to work out of our Headquarters in Orlando, Florida to manage macOS endpoints (Jamf), internal application access, and day-to-day IT operations. This role is responsible for device lifecycle management, access provisioning, employee IT support, and ensuring office technology operates reliably.
This is a hands-on role in a small team and requires someone comfortable supporting both technical systems and office technology needs.
Responsibilities
Endpoint Management (Primary Focus)
- Manage MacBooks using Jamf Pro (deployment, configuration, patching)
- Provision and decommission devices using Apple Business Manager and Jamf
- Troubleshoot endpoint and Jamf-related issues
- Continuous maintenance and upkeep of endpoints
Access & Identity Management
- Manage employee access to internal systems (Google Workspace, SaaS tools)
- Execute onboarding and offboarding access workflows
- Troubleshoot access and SSO issues
IT Support
- Serve as primary contact for employee IT support requests
- Troubleshoot macOS, peripherals, conferencing systems, and office technology
- Support hardware including monitors, docks, and conference room systems
Office & Operational Technology Support
- Ensure conference rooms, TVs, and office technology function properly
- Support office audio, displays, and general IT-related operational needs
- Coordinate basic IT vendor visits if needed
Security Support
- Assist with patching, endpoint security configuration, and operational security tasks
- Execute security-related tasks under direction of Head of Security
Requirements
- 1-3 years IT support experience
- Strong macOS troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Jamf Pro or another MDM
- Experience managing user accounts and application access
- Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills
Preferred
- Experience with Apple Business Manager
- Experience with Okta or Google Workspace
- Basic scripting experience (bash/zsh)
- Basic understanding of security and access management concepts
Additional Requirements
- Work in-office at least 4 days per week with one remote day
- Willing to support hands-on office IT and operational needs
- Ability to lift and move IT equipment as needed
