The IT Administrator will manage user access and permissions across The Forge Companies’ core line-of-business applications, ensuring appropriate access, data security, and regulatory compliance. This role serves as the subject matter expert for core systems, conducts periodic application reviews, maintains the application inventory, and partners with vendors to resolve system-wide issues. The position also provides end-user support for routine account management and troubleshooting, requiring strong organizational, analytical, and customer service skills, along with a foundational understanding of access controls and compliance principles.
Core Responsibilities
- Provision new users in the company’s core applications.
- Maintain permissions within the company’s core applications.
- Conduct periodic reviews of each application on which the company conducts business activities or houses data.
- Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for core applications.
- Maintain and manage the list of core applications.
- Assist end-users with routine unlocks, resets, and troubleshooting within core applications.
- Work with application vendors to resolve system-wide issues.
- Perform other duties on an as-needed basis.

Education And Experience
