Description
We’re seeking an experienced
Full-Time IT Support Specialist to provide ongoing technical support across our systems and platforms. This role is ideal for someone highly technical, dependable, and able to work independently in a remote environment while supporting day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily IT support and troubleshooting for users and systems
- Support Apple products and macOS environments
- Assist with A1 implementation and ongoing system support
- Manage and support the hawkeandco.com website (Shopify)
- Provide ERP reporting and system support
- Support software, hardware, and network-related issues
- Implement and maintain security best practices, including access control, monitoring, backups, and updates
- Assist with system setups, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance
- EDI support and troubleshooting (major plus)
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT support or systems administration
- Strong technical and analytical problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting Apple/macOS environments
- Shopify and ERP experience preferred
- EDI experience strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of IT security principles and implementation
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Highly responsive, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Comfortable working full-time in a remote role
