How will you make an impact?
The Information Technology (IT) operations specialist will assist the Systems Administrator to maintain the IT infrastructure of TSS as well as provide support to internal customers such as TSS employees. The key function of this position is to handle all IT tasks and provide support for all regional operations teams, departments, and divisions.
What will you do?
- Offer and implement IT solutions for the company’s current and future needs
- Maintain current server hardware and software
- Assist the IT Team with the IT Ticketing system
- Provide support for IT services to internal customers
- As new employees come on board, set up the laptop or computer with the appropriate software/hardware
- Other duties as assigned

How will you get here?
Education And Experience
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent. A 2-year or 4-year degree is preferred
- Requires a minimum of 1-year customer service experience
- Requires a minimum of 2-3 years of Systems Administrator experience
- A combination of education, training and related experience may meet requirements
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision by employing effective time management and prioritization skills
- Competency in hardware and software implementation and maintenance
- Understanding of current, trending, and upcoming technologies
- Ability to remain focused under pressure from customers or due to difficult or urgent situations
- Ability to provide IT support to customers with varying IT knowledge and experience
- Ability to coordinate with service providers to resolve complex IT issues
