IT Support Specialist (Entry-Level)

Pay Range: $40,000 - $50,000
Employment Status: Full-time
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and service-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our team in an entry-level, full-time role. This position provides hands-on technical support across multiple properties and offices, assisting with equipment setup, troubleshooting, user onboarding, and day-to-day helpdesk requests.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their IT career who enjoys problem-solving, working directly with users, and supporting technology operations in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up new hire workstations, including laptops, phones, user accounts, and desk technology
- Conduct quarterly technology checkups at assigned properties to ensure systems and equipment are functioning properly
- Support technical onboarding for new hires, ensuring all systems access and equipment are ready
- Provide basic technology training for employees on company systems and tools (excluding specialized platforms such as CINC), including login setup, device use, and standard software navigation
- Create or follow simple onboarding tech checklists and training guides
- Provide helpdesk support and respond to technical support tickets
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, mobile devices, printers, and related equipment
- Assist with software installation and basic system configuration
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and user access issues
- Document work completed and recurring technical issues
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors when needed
- Travel to company properties and offices to perform technology setup and troubleshooting
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Basic Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Organized and dependable with good follow-through
- Comfortable traveling locally between properties/sites
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Customer-service mindset with strong communication skills
