Position Summary
The IT Analyst is responsible for providing internal support across our computing environments and SaaS applications. This role emphasizes troubleshooting and resolving a variety of computer and software-related issues through analytical and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will proactively seek opportunities to simplify processes, enhance the end-user experience, and improve the performance and reliability of our IT systems and infrastructure.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve computer and software issues by phone email in a timely and professional manner.
- Track and manage support requests through the ticketing system, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware and software assets, including deployment status and license tracking.
- Process user onboarding requests according to established procedures, including system account creation and laptop setup.
- process user offboarding requests, including system account termination and retrieval of assigned IT assets.
- Support Box Enterprise services, including user and group configuration.
- Support AV systems, printers, and conference room technology.
- Assist in basic security practices and regular patching.
- Manage and maintain user email accounts in a cloud-based Exchange/Office 365 environment.
- Manage and maintain Azure, Intune, and any other components of the Microsoft cloud ecosystem.
- Document troubleshooting steps and contribute to IT knowledgebase.
- Assist with IT expansion and upgrade projects, including deployment of servers, network equipment, and other infrastructure.
- Perform other IT-related duties as assigned by the IT Director.
Qualifications
- Candidates with a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar are preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in an IT support/helpdesk role.
- Proficiency with Windows 10/11, Office 365, and basic networking concepts.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to lift and move IT equipment and perform tasks across multiple floors/offices.
