Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role for a PC / Network Specialist. The person will be responsible for providing onsite technical support, troubleshooting computer issues, LAN, supporting printers, and assisting with help desk support. The role is primarily located in Dallas, TX, but allows for some on call work as needed.
Qualifications
- Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Help Desk Support skills
- Experience with operating systems, LAN, Networks, Windows Servers. Experience in installing Access Points, Basic Troubleshooting.
- Knowledge and expertise in printers setup and troubleshooting
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely on call basis some times on weekends
- Relevant certifications in computer support or related field are a plus
- Travel to clients locations anytime to solve PC, Network issues on demand
