Miller International, Inc., designer of

Cruel®, is searching for its newest team member at our headquarters in Denver, Colorado! We are seeking a Junior IT Support Associate to join our IT Team and provide hands-on support while learning the fundamentals of corporate IT operations.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day IT support tasks under the guidance of the IT team
- Help create and update user accounts, email access, and shared file permissions
- Assist with setting up computers, installing software, and basic hardware troubleshooting
- Support printer setup, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Help with simple network-related tasks such as pulling and labeling network cables
- Assist with phone system user setup and basic device support
- Provide support for handheld scanning devices
- Learn and assist with routine system maintenance and backups
- Respond to employee IT requests with a friendly, customer-focused approach
- Shadow and collaborate with senior IT staff on projects and troubleshooting
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements
Requirements:
- Little to no formal IT experience required (0-1 year)
- Interest in Information Technology and a desire to learn
- Basic familiarity with computers, Windows operating systems, and common office software
- Comfort following instructions and asking questions when needed
- Strong customer service mindset and positive communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and handle multiple small tasks
- Dependable, curious, and eager to grow technical skills
- Ability to lift approximately 20-30 lbs
Nice to Have (Not Required):
- Coursework, certifications, labs, or personal projects related to IT or computer systems
- Exposure to help desk work, hardware setup, or troubleshooting (school, volunteer, or personal)
- Interest in networking, servers, or systems administration
