Supervisor, Warehouse at
Zekelman Industries, you will play a key role in overseeing daily warehouse and shipping operations to ensure efficient material handling, accurate inventory control, and on-time order fulfillment. This position requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, and offers the opportunity to directly support operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and plant performance.

What You'll Do- Supervise, train, and coach warehouse and shipping personnel to meet production, quality, and delivery goals.
- Coordinate loading, unloading, and dispatch of shipments to ensure accurate and on-time customer deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Oversee proper storage, staging, and movement of raw materials and finished goods throughout the warehouse.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and control costs.
- Maintain accurate shipping, inventory, and warehouse records using ERP or warehouse management systems.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and logistics teams to support smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the safe operation and routine maintenance of forklifts, cranes, and material-handling equipment.
- Leads and promotes healthy and safe work practices as required by regulatory agencies and Company policy.
Who You Are- 3+ years of warehouse and shipping experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment; steel or pipe/tube experience preferred.
- 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and shipping logistics; ERP or WMS experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety best practices.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, operate material-handling equipment, and work in an industrial setting.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation & BenefitsBelow is the expected base salary range for this position. This is a good-faith estimate, and offers will be determined based on experience, education, skill set, and interview performance.
Base Salary Range:[$85,000-$97,500 USD]
