• Develop comprehensive strategies to support the department's growth objectives.
• Conduct thorough market research to monitor industry trends.
• Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to the attorneys.
• Lead the creation of compelling proposals and presentations to attract and retain clients.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and referral sources.
• Monitor and assess business development activities, track outcomes and return on investment.
• Adjust strategies based on performance metrics and feedback to continuously improve effectiveness.
