Basic Requirements:
- Security+ Certification
- 12 years of experience in a technical field
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
- 8 additional years of experience in a technical field may be substituted for a degree
Job Description:
- Maintain and upgrade network infrastructure, including routers and switches
Update and configure antivirus software and other tools to secure the network - Apply Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) updates to switches and follow
- Software Testand Evaluation (STE) policiesDesign and plan Cisco NEXUS network infrastructure, including setup and ongoing
maintenance - Configure Remote Authentication Dial-In User Service (RADIUS) for switch administration
- Use network monitoring and management tools such as Solarwinds to oversee network performance
Required Experience:
- CiscoNexus devices, RADIUS, SOLARWiNDS, and firewall ability required
Salary: $185,000 - $195,000 annually
