The IT Support Specialist provides hands-on technical support, manages user access and hardware, and ensures a secure, reliable IT environment. This role supports employees across multiple office locations.
This position requires being onsite.
Key Responsibilities
End-User Support
- Provide day-to-day technical support for employees across office locations
- Conduct IT onboarding for new hires
- Troubleshoot Windows device issues and MS 365
Systems Administration
- Administer user accounts, access, and policies across core business systems
- Support system enhancements, integrations, and rollout
Hardware & Asset Management
- Own end-to-end laptop lifecycle: ordering, imaging, configuration, shipping, and returns
- Maintain accurate hardware and software inventory
- Support hardware troubleshooting, repairs, and replacements
Security & Compliance
- Manage device security and compliance
- Enforce security standards: MFA, compliance automations
- Assist with security audits
Requirements
- 2+ years of IT support or helpdesk experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT engineering or related field
- Microsoft support skills
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work onsite 4x/week
