Are you passionate about technology, problem-solving, and helping others succeed? Swipeclock is looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join our team!
In this role, you'll support our Channel Partners and Clients through Salesforce Service, helping them get the most out of our time and attendance solutions. You’ll assess technical needs, provide expert guidance on our hardware and software, and create custom scripts using our proprietary language to tailor products to each client’s unique requirements.

🧩 What You’ll Do:
- Analyze and resolve technical issues via Salesforce Service (phone and email)
- Document and communicate solutions clearly and efficiently
- Write custom scripts to provide tailored solutions for our customers
- Troubleshoot issues across software, hardware, and 3rd-party integrations
- Contribute new content to our knowledge base
- Collaborate with internal teams and participate in on-call rotations
✅ What You Bring:
- 1+ year of programming experience
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with APIs, SaaS applications, and Salesforce CRM
- Basic networking knowledge is a plus
- Education: Two years of college-level coursework in Computer Science, IT, or related field — or equivalent experience
