Responsibilities:
• Provide daily end-user support for hardware/software issues.
• Set up, image, and configure Windows devices.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and account setup.
• Perform updates, patching, and software installs.
• Maintain accurate asset inventory.
• Support device lifecycle (repairs, replacements, decommissioning).
• Follow IT security standards and document troubleshooting steps.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers.
Qualifications:
• 1+ years IT support or help desk experience.
