Job Title: Information Technology Analyst I

Job Description:
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT-related issues for end users
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and network problems
• Maintain system performance and ensure timely issue resolution
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Required)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills (Required)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (Required)
• Solid customer service experience (Required)
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment (Required)
• Degree in Computer Science (Preferred)
• 1–2 years of IT experience (Preferred)
