Job Description: Seeking a Certified Scrum Master for development teams. The CSM must have experience as an Agile facilitator and Servant Leader, to promote self-organization from the development teams. The CSM will enable cooperation across all roles and functions, address resource issues, and enforce scrum practices. Candidates must possess experience and skill in Project Management.
Key Responsibilities - Guides the scrum teams on Agile /Scrum Practices and facilitates Scrum Ceremonies including daily stand-ups, planning, backlog grooming, demo meetings, and retrospectives
- Removes roadblocks/Impediments for the team through collaboration with cross-functional teams, and internal and external entities
- Ensure all issues and requests are logged and managed on a timely basis while promptly escalating issues requiring attention
- Identify and communicate project risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensure risks are fully evaluated and mitigation actions are in place, and ensure risks are promptly communicated and tracked with customers
- Perform ongoing progress reviews with the customer
Job Requirements - Certified Scrum Master
- Two years of experience leading teams in agile environment working with remote teams
- Proven experience working with JIRA
- 5+ years in software development environment
- 3+ years experience in end-to-end product level testing
- Experience with UNIX scripting languages
- Strong knowledge in Agile test methodologies
- Strong communication skills (Oral, Written, Listening) and effective customer communication skills
Preferred skills - 3+ years of technical experience with telecommunications network protocol and system level end-to-end testing experience in a cellular technology company
- Knowledge of telecom software integration, test automation, and defect investigation, reporting and tracking
- Knowledge of:
- 3GPP / 3GPP2 protocols and scenarios
- RDBMS query tools
- J2EE applications
- Interactive Web 2.0 applications
- Mobile device applications
