Role Description
FWRM Labs is seeking a dedicated IT Technician for a full-time, on-site role located in Beloit, WI. This position involves maintaining and troubleshooting IT hardware and software, providing technical support to team members, and ensuring optimal system performance. Responsibilities also include responding to technical inquiries, diagnosing and resolving issues, implementing preventive measures, and supporting end-user training for IT-related tools and systems.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to resolve hardware and software issues effectively.
- Strong background in Information Technology systems, setup, and maintenance.
- Excellent Customer Service abilities to assist users with IT-related needs and concerns.
- Experience in providing Training and guidance for end-users on IT tools and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent) are a plus.
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred.
