Antaris is looking for a candidate with a heavy customer service focus to support a global organization including several remote engineering teams. This will be the first person in this role.
Experience/Requirements:
- Supporting a globally distributed team
- Operating in a purely virtual work environment
- Administration of multiple interconnected tenants in Microsoft365
- Deploying and operating endpoint security solutions
- Experience Implementing and supporting CMMC, NIST 800-171
- Implementation of controls to support secure management of CUI (Controlled Unclassified Information)
- Empowering engineering teams to work effectively in cloud environments (GCP is primary, also AWS/Azure)
- SaaS tools including Slack, Lucid, LastPass, Atlassian, Zoom, Zapier, SquareSpace, PipeDrive, etc
- TS/SCI Clearance is a Plus
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry like defense and aerospace
- Automation
- Implementing automation solutions to increase personal leverage.
