Title: IT Operations Specialist

Responsibilities
- Shadow and document live operational workflows, system interactions, and dependencies.
- Map technical processes and identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams (Ops, DevOps, Infrastructure, Engineering) to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Draft detailed process documentation and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Support day-to-day technical operations within a real-time Fusion Center environment.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce clear technical documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience in at least two of the following areas: Windows workstation support, real-time operations or command-center environments, TCP/IP networking or systems administration, web application or infrastructure troubleshooting.
- Experience in NOC/SOC/Operations Center or similar 24×7 support environment preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant technical experience.
Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by WorkGenius.
